How to Place Your Horse Share or Loan Advert
Placing an advertisement on Horse Shares UK is simple. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to place an ad.
Step 1
Firstly you need to click on 'Place an ad' from the side navigation on the left. You must be a registered member and logged into your account to do this. If you need to register, please click here.
Step 2
Next you need to select the category in which you will place your ad. From the drop down menu, select the country under the category that is relevant to you and then click on 'continue'. For example, if you have a horse you are offering for share in Scotland, click on 'Scotland' listed under 'Horses Offered For Share'.
Step 3
You will then be given the option of selecting the advertising package you want. Choose which package you would like by clicking 'Select this package'. For more information on listing packages, please see our pricing page.
Step 4
Next you will be brought to the listing details page. Here enter the title of your advert and the description of your advert. Please note you do not need to include your telephone number or email address in the description. You can also choose whether you want to upgrade to a featured listing. If you have been given a discount, enter the coupon number as well.
Step 5
If you have chosen a photo advertisement, the next step is to upload your images. To do this click 'browse', locate the image on your computer and click 'open'. Give your photograph a title and then click 'add photo" to upload your photo. Repeat this to add a second photograph. Images must not exceed 1500x1500pixels in size.
Step 6
Next you will have to verify your account information that you entered when you first registered and it will show that you are paying for your advert through PayPal. If the information is correct click 'continue'.
Step 7
Finally you will be shown a preview of your advert and will be asked to verify the information is correct. Click continue to proceed to our paypal payment page.
Step 8
You will then be taken to our Paypal pay page. If you already have a PayPal account, log into it. However, a paypal account is not required to make a payment through paypal and the following credit cards are accepted:
Your advert will then be online once approved by the site admin. This is to ensure that no spam makes it onto the site and adverts are usually approved within 24 hours.
